What Domuspace is and who is behind it
Domuspace is the platform for real-estate agencies that handles everything around the listing: cadastral-map prospecting, leads, e-signed contracts, finance, GPS field work, team and owner portal. It does not manage your property catalogue: it works alongside your CRM and the portals (kv.ee, city24, Idealista). Estonian company (Tallinn), in Spanish, English, Estonian and Russian.
Where the name comes from
Domuspace joins the Latin “domus” — house — and the word “space”. It is written as a single word, with no space in the middle and no capital letter inside it: Domuspace. The company is domuspace OÜ and the official website is domuspace.eu.
If you got here searching for “domus space”, “Domu Space” or “DomuSpace”, you are in the right place: it is the same company. We have no other website and we do not trade under any other name.
What Domuspace does and what it does not do
Domuspace is the platform a real estate agency works with around the listing. This is what it does today:
- A live cadastral map, with official parcels, to win instructions on the ground.
- Contacts and leads, with follow-up and reminders.
- Contracts with electronic signature, in person and remotely.
- Business finances, with invoice reading.
- Unified messaging, calendar and GPS field work.
- Team and permissions, PDF brochures and the owner portal.
And this is what it does not do, said before you find out for yourself:
- It is not a listings portal: we do not publish properties and we do not compete with kv.ee, city24 or Idealista.
- It does not manage the property catalogue: your portfolio stays where it is today, in your CRM or your portal.
- It charges the owner nothing: whoever is selling their home uses their side at no cost. Our customer is the agency.
Put another way: Domuspace does not replace your CRM and does not force you to migrate your portfolio. It handles everything around the listing, before and after publishing it, and lives alongside the tools you already use.

The address is our registered office, not an office open to the public: if you would like to meet us in person, let us know in advance and we will arrange it.
Where we work
Estonia is our home market: the cadastral map covers the whole country with official parcel data, and eID signing works with the electronic identification methods everyone here already uses.
In Spain we are opening up the Costa del Sol, where buyers are international and much of the deal is signed remotely. With one warning we would rather give you ourselves: the cadastral layer for the area is still being opened up and is not operational yet. The rest of the product works exactly the same.
Saying this costs us the occasional sale. It saves us every disappointment.
How we work
- We say what does not work yet. The real status of every module is published and anything in development is announced as such. No demo shows something that does not exist.
- Prices are in plain sight, no “contact us for pricing”. They are quoted excluding VAT and we say so on every card.
- The owner never pays. Whoever is selling their home uses their part at no cost.
- Every company has its own isolated data space. Your contacts, contracts and finances are yours, and only the users you authorise can see them.

Does Domuspace replace my property-portfolio CRM?
No, and that's deliberate: your property catalogue stays in your usual CRM or portal. Domuspace does everything else — cadastre, prospecting, contacts, contracts, signing, finance and field work — and coexists with your CRM without painful migrations.
How much does Domuspace cost?
There is a Free plan for one user, with no card and no expiry date, and paid monthly or yearly plans from 59.99 € a month, VAT not included. The exact amounts and what each plan includes are on the pricing page.
Where do I log in to my Domuspace account?
From the log-in button in this website’s menu. Your subscription and invoices are managed in the client area, and the application runs in the browser and as a mobile app (iOS and Android).
In which languages and countries does Domuspace work?
The app and support are in Spanish, English, Estonian and Russian. The cadastral map covers all of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga, including the Costa del Sol; the other modules work anywhere. Domuspace OÜ is an Estonian company based in Tallinn.
Does it work in my area?
The cadastral map covers all of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga, including the Costa del Sol, from the Basic plan. All other modules — contacts, contracts, finance, messages — work anywhere from day one.
What about my data? Is it mixed with other companies?
No. Each company has its own database. Your contacts, contracts and finance are yours, and only your company’s users see them, with the permissions you set; another agency only gets what you share through a collaboration.
