Domuspace provides this Privacy Policy concerning the processing and protection of personal data belonging to users, employees and business customers that may be collected when browsing, registering accounts or purchasing services through the platform available at https://domuspace.eu/ and its associated applications.
In this regard, the Controller guarantees compliance with current European personal-data protection legislation, governed by the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the specific directives of the Republic of Estonia.
Use of this Website and creation of an account in the application imply express acceptance of this Privacy Policy and of the terms contained in the Legal Notice.

2. Principles applied to data processing
When processing your personal data, Domuspace will strictly apply the following principles adapted to European regulations:
- Lawfulness, fairness and transparency: consent will always be requested or a legal basis will be established for processing your personal data for specific purposes about which you are informed beforehand with full transparency.
- Data minimisation: the Controller will ask you only for the data strictly necessary for the proper operation of the SaaS software, real-estate management and commercial support.
- Storage limitation: data will be kept only for as long as strictly necessary for the purposes of processing or until the business subscription is terminated, subject to statutory technical-audit periods.
- Integrity and confidentiality: your data will be processed with cybersecurity safeguards. Domuspace applies industry-standard technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access to or misuse of databases by third parties.
3. Situations in which personal data is requested
Data relating to the Customer or its authorised users is collected only in the following operational situations:
- When registering a corporate account and purchasing a subscription plan in the App.
- When contacting the support team through support forms or sending a direct email.
- When synchronising optional external tools, such as contact address books or the real-estate agent’s calendar.
4. Categories of data processed on the platform
Given the professional nature of the App, the system organises data into the following specific categories:
- Agency identification and corporate data: the agent’s full name, the real-estate agency’s company name, tax number or tax identification, registered address, membership number or professional registration applicable in its jurisdiction.
- Contact data: email address, business telephone numbers and postal addresses.
- Real-estate inventory data: exact property addresses, land-registry details, cadastral reference, property photographs and videos, sale or rental prices and the history of managed listings.
- Financial and solvency data for screening: information concerning charges or mortgages, energy-efficiency certificates and, on a strictly private and optional basis for the Customer’s rental-feasibility processes, information about interested parties’ monthly income or employment stability to ensure the viability of the transaction.
- Browsing and digital-activity data: IP address, device type, operating system, technical geolocation and behaviour on the platform, such as time spent, in order to optimise software performance and prevent fraud.
5. Purposes of personal-data processing
Domuspace processes the information collected for the following legitimate purposes:
- To provide, maintain and optimise the platform services, enabling internal management tools for real-estate agencies.
- To respond to enquiries, questions, complaints, technical-development incidents or suggestions submitted through support channels.
- To ensure compliance with the terms set out in the Legal Notice and applicable law, including the development of security algorithms that protect system confidentiality.
- To manage the sending of system alerts, automatic confirmations of property viewings, billing notifications in accordance with billing regulations and software-update newsletters.
6. Retention of personal data
Personal data provided by the Customer will be retained on the App’s servers for as long as the commercial subscription agreement remains in force or until the legal data subject expressly requests its deletion, provided that there are no current legal or tax obligations requiring its mandatory extended retention.
7. Data recipients and secure hosting
Domuspace does not sell, rent or transfer personal-data databases to third-party commercial companies. For the correct technical delivery of the software, data is hosted and stored on secure cloud infrastructure and servers located within the European Union.
Google Analytics, provided by Google, Inc., is used for anonymous performance analysis of web browsing and collects non-identifying statistical data about use of the corporate interface.
8. Your privacy rights
European legislation grants you full exercise of the following rights over your personal data:
- Request access to data stored on our servers.
- Request rectification of inaccurate data or its definitive erasure.
- Request restriction of processing in specific cases.
- Legitimately object to processing of your data.
- Request portability of your personal data in a structured, commonly used format.
To exercise these rights, send a written request to [email protected] and provide valid proof of your legal identity, such as a copy of an identity document. Exercising these rights will not affect data that Domuspace is required to retain solely for administrative, legal or cybersecurity purposes.

9. Accuracy and truthfulness of data
As a User of the Website and the App, you are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy and currency of all data you submit to the platform, expressly releasing Domuspace from any criminal, civil or administrative liability in this respect.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Domuspace reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative developments, requirements of European Union supervisory authorities or new practices in the software-development industry. Amended policies will take full effect as soon as they are visibly published in this section.
