Through the Website and its integrated private environments, DOMUSPACE gives Users access to information about our services, commercial software tools based on Artificial Intelligence, territorial analytics and management modules for real-estate professionals. Cadastral and GIS data, accessibility, services, infrastructure, market information and external signals are combined to manage real-estate transactions, value property portfolios and predict the development of prices and areas.
3. Privacy and data processing
To access certain content, subscription registrations or advanced software modules, the User will be required to provide personal data. Users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, authenticity and currency of all data they communicate. DOMUSPACE will subject such data to automated processing and apply the technical security measures appropriate to its nature or purpose under the strict terms set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The User acknowledges and accepts that all content displayed on the Website and in the application—including designs, source-code structures, Artificial Intelligence algorithms, texts, vector and territorial databases, images, logos, icons, buttons, software, interfaces, trade names, trademarks and any other signs capable of industrial or commercial use—is subject to Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned exclusively by DOMUSPACE or by third parties that have lawfully authorised its inclusion.
It is therefore expressly prohibited to reproduce, copy, distribute, transform, reverse engineer, extract through automated data-extraction techniques or robots, or publicly communicate such content. The User shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim resulting from a breach of these obligations.
Any breach of this clause will entitle Domuspace to require the infringer to pay immediately, as an agreed contractual penalty, the fixed and unconditional sum of one hundred thousand euros (€100,000) for each infringement or each day of detected infringing activity. Payment of this penalty will not affect, limit or exclude Domuspace’s right to claim in court a higher amount for actual loss and loss of profit, nor prevent it from seeking urgent interim measures before the Estonian Courts and Tribunals, in addition to any criminal consequences that may arise.
Under no circumstances does access to the Website imply any waiver, transfer, licence or total or partial assignment of these rights unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. The Platform’s graphic design, menus, technical programming code, texts and graphics are protected by international intellectual-property laws.

The User undertakes to:

- Ensure profile information is accurate and keep application access credentials confidential, accepting responsibility for loss or misuse of the account.
- Not use software mechanisms, scripts, bots or any other means designed to extract on a large scale information about properties, prices, cadastral datasets or market valuations integrated into DOMUSPACE. A breach of this point or the next entitles us to block the User’s account and IP address without any liability for DOMUSPACE.
- Not introduce or acquire viruses, malware or harmful software that could damage the computer systems of DOMUSPACE or its providers.
- Use professional and respectful language in communication panels or reviews; discriminatory, defamatory or false content is prohibited.
- Not use the Platform while impersonating another person, agency or real-estate professional without due legal authorisation.
6. Exclusion of liability
DOMUSPACE does not guarantee continuous access or the correct display, download or usefulness of Platform elements that may be interrupted by factors beyond its direct technical control. We are not responsible for corporate or financial decisions made by the User on the basis of the information displayed.

- Fraudulent impersonation by third parties who unlawfully use the brand’s name or image outside our controlled environments.
- Technical discrepancies between graphic representations of properties—photographs, Artificial Intelligence recreations, plans or virtual tours—and the physical reality of the real-estate asset.
- Variations, delays or inaccuracies in external mapping-service databases.

Although we make reasonable technological efforts to verify this data, DOMUSPACE does not guarantee its absolute accuracy. Technical information and descriptions generated by Artificial Intelligence are purely informative and illustrative and under no circumstances constitute a binding offer or contractual guarantee. Users are strongly advised to verify the property’s legal status by obtaining an official Land Registry extract before entering into financial commitments.

For the resolution of any dispute or legal disagreement arising from the interpretation or performance of this contract, the parties agree to submit to the European Union rules on international jurisdiction. In commercial legal relationships between companies and professionals, the parties expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts corresponding to DOMUSPACE’s registered office in Tallinn, Estonia, waiving any other territorial forum that might otherwise apply.
