Let the agencies compete for your property
The usual way round is the opposite: you call three agencies and get three different prices, all invented to win you over. Here you compare the agencies in your area before talking to any of them, and it is the agencies that have to convince you.
Your property first, the agencies second
You sign up and register your property with its documents; in the province of Málaga you can also check its cadastral reference on the map. Only then do you decide whether you want someone to sell it. The automated value estimate is not available yet: it is marked as coming soon, with no date.
You are not choosing blind
The agencies working your area appear in your portal and you can compare them two at a time before you decide. You send them your property, you write to them, and the exclusive mandate — if you grant one — is granted from the portal, with its dates, to whoever convinced you, not to whoever walked through the door first.
And after signing you still have the last word
It is the perennial complaint: you sign the exclusive and drop off the map. From your portal you keep talking to the agency by message, and you can withdraw the exclusive whenever you want. Viewings managed from the portal are built but not open yet, and there is no viewing feedback or market-price tracking: we are not going to promise it.

What does it cost me?
Nothing. The owner does not pay to use their portal.
Am I obliged to grant an exclusive?
No. You can register your property and compare agencies without granting any mandate. And if you do grant one, it goes to the agency you choose, with the dates you accept, and you can withdraw it whenever you want.
Who sees my data?
You decide, from your portal, which agencies you send your property to and which one you grant the exclusive to.
What do I gain over calling agencies myself?
You compare several without traipsing round offices, your property reaches them with its documents already uploaded, and the exclusive is granted with its dates and a record of what you accepted.
