How much is my property worth?
The honest answer to that question is never a single number: it is a range. The automated value estimate in Domuspace is not available yet (it is marked as coming soon, with no date), and we would rather tell you so than give you a figure we cannot stand behind.
A range and a confidence level, not a bare figure
Anyone can hand you a number. The hard part is telling you how much they trust it. A serious estimate comes with three things: the central value, the range it really moves within, and a confidence level that drops when there are few comparable transactions in your area. Ask any estimate you are given for those three things, and be wary of one that dresses a guess up as data.
What you can do on Domuspace today
Today the owner portal lets you sign up, register your property with its documents, compare the agencies in your area, send them the property, write to them and, if you wish, grant one of them an exclusive mandate with its dates. The price you see in your portal is the one you enter, not a valuation: the automated estimate will come later, with no date.
An estimate is not an official appraisal
A legally valid appraisal — for a mortgage, an inheritance or a court case — is signed by an authorised appraisal company. An automated estimate, wherever it comes from, only tells you roughly where you stand before making decisions; for anything else, you need the appraisal.

Frequently asked questions
Can I request the estimate yet?
Not yet. The automated estimate is marked as coming soon, with no date. Today you can sign up and compare the agencies in your area.
Do I have to want to sell?
No. Signing up and registering your property commits you to nothing: you can compare agencies without granting any mandate.
Will an agency call me?
You decide, from your portal, which agencies you send your property to and which ones you write to.
Is it valid for a bank or an inheritance?
No. That requires an appraisal signed by an authorised appraisal company. An automated estimate, once there is one, will only be indicative.
