Tartu
Real estate software in Tartu
In Tartu the cadastral map already works, as in the rest of Estonia. Here the work is done district by district, and sales and lettings fit in the same app, with remote signing for anyone who cannot come into the office.
Real estate software in Tartu, district by district
Domuspace’s area catalogue divides Tartu into Kesklinn, Supilinn, Karlova, Tähtvere, Tammelinn with Veeriku, Annelinn, Ülejõe with Ihaste and Ropka with Ränilinn. These are the areas an agency uses to declare where it works and the ones owners on the portal use to find agencies in their area. Prospecting is planned on the cadastral map, which in Tartu, as across Estonia, works with the official geometry of each plot.
It is the country’s second-largest city — 95,952 inhabitants on 1 September 2026, according to Tartu City Government — and home to the University of Tartu, founded in 1632.
Management draws the area, the prospecting route is created from the plots with no status inside it, up to 100, and each door is marked with its outcome for the whole team.
Sales and rentals in the same app
If your agency handles sales and rentals at the same time, it all fits in one place. Sale and rental contracts come from your templates in contracts and e-signature, as collaboration, exclusive or intermediation agreements. Rental tracking, included from the Basic plan, keeps each lease’s file with its monthly payments, its issues and the contract-end alert; Domuspace records what has been collected, it doesn’t collect it for you. The connection to Booking and Airbnb calendars is built but not open yet.
Follow-up that doesn’t depend on memory
When lots of people are searching at once, what gets lost is the follow-up. In contacts and leads, from the Basic plan, each prospect has a score from 0 to 100 that drops with time without activity, and every change of stage or band creates the next task for the person responsible; if a lead with no one responsible goes unanswered, management gets an alert at 10 minutes and, if you switch it on, it is assigned automatically at 15. The calendar warns you before saving if a viewing clashes with another and, before the working day starts, sends the day’s summary to the phone. Which leads to deal with first: real estate lead scoring.
Signing without coming into the office
A tenant arriving from another city, or an owner who lives in Tallinn or abroad, can sign remotely without creating any account: they receive a link that lasts 72 hours and can be resent up to twice a day. With a template in Estonian, they sign with eID through eID Easy, which Domuspace switches on for your company, with a quota of 30 signatures a month on the Professional plan and 70 on Extra; with templates in other languages, they request a six-digit code to their email and sign.
What isn’t here yet
In the owner portal, viewings are built but not open yet, and the owner gets no feedback on viewings; the viewing sheet signed on the phone is an idea under study, with no date. Today you are the one who keeps the owner informed.
One app
Map, contacts, contracts, rentals, calendar, routes and team share the same data, in Estonian, Russian, English or Spanish depending on who uses them. In the office, from the computer; at the viewing, from the phone. Native apps for Android and iOS are on the way.

Tartu
Frequently asked questions
Does Tartu have the same level of data as Tallinn?
Yes. The cadastral map covers all of Estonia with the same national layer: the official geometry of each plot and, when you tap it, data from the cadastre and the address register.
Does it work for an agency focused on rentals?
Yes. Rental tracking is included from the Basic plan and contracts with e-signature from Professional. The connection with Booking and Airbnb calendars is built but not open yet.
Which districts can I declare as a working area?
Kesklinn, Supilinn, Karlova, Tähtvere, Tammelinn and Veeriku, Annelinn, Ülejõe and Ihaste, and Ropka and Ränilinn.
Can the owner follow their rental on their own?
Not yet. Today the owner portal is for registering the property, comparing agencies, sending them the property, writing to them and granting an exclusive mandate; it doesn’t show how a rental is going. Today you are the one who keeps them informed.
What if I also work outside Tartu?
The cadastral map covers all of Estonia, so your plots outside Tartu are there too. Besides Tartu, the profile’s area catalogue includes Tallinn, Viimsi, Rae, Harku, Pärnu and Narva.
