Yes: Domuspace does not manage the property catalogue, so it works alongside your CRM and the portals. You can import your portfolio through an XML feed and connect your email to receive leads without changing tools.
Yes, from the phone’s browser: the team works the map, the leads, the routes and signing from their phone. The native iOS and Android apps are ready and not published yet.
It has legal effect and serves as evidence. We offer a signature drawn in person and a remote signature with a one-time code the client receives by email; the evidence is kept (who, when and which document). Under our terms, it is not automatically an advanced or qualified signature. In Estonia, with eID, the PDF is electronically signed by the identification provider.
No. Each company has its own database. Your contacts, contracts and finance are yours, and only your company’s users see them, with the permissions you set; another agency only gets what you share through a collaboration.
