Prospecting on the plan
Each agent heads out with their assigned parcel route. They clock in from the phone and the map records the area covered.

A lead comes in
A buyer writes from a portal. The email lands in your leads inbox, a contact card is created, and the score flags it as hot.

A visit with nothing forgotten
First thing in the morning, the day’s summary arrived. The client receives their property selection, with their name on the cover and the surroundings map.

A remote contract
The owner is away: they receive the contract by email and sign with their one-time code. PDF sealed and archived.

Clean books
The photographer's invoice is uploaded, the OCR reads it and the month's finance dashboard is already up to date. Management sees it all from their panel.

What agencies ask us
Does Domuspace replace my property-portfolio CRM?
No, and that's deliberate: your property catalogue stays in your usual CRM or portal. Domuspace does everything else — cadastre, prospecting, contacts, contracts, signing, finance and field work — and coexists with your CRM without painful migrations.
Is the e-signature legally valid?
It has legal effect and serves as evidence. We offer a signature drawn in person and a remote signature with a one-time code the client receives by email; the evidence is kept (who, when and which document). Under our terms, it is not automatically an advanced or qualified signature. In Estonia, with eID, the PDF is electronically signed by the identification provider.
What about my data? Is it mixed with other companies?
No. Each company has its own database. Your contacts, contracts and finance are yours, and only your company’s users see them, with the permissions you set; another agency only gets what you share through a collaboration.
Does it work in my area?
The cadastral map covers all of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga, including the Costa del Sol, from the Basic plan. All other modules — contacts, contracts, finance, messages — work anywhere from day one.
How long does setup take?
Minutes. You reserve your access from the pricing page, enter the setup assistant, create your company and your team, and the app is ready. No installations, no consultants.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription is monthly or yearly and is managed from your client area, where you also have all your invoices. No lock-in.
