Cookie Policy
Last updated: 14 August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how DOMUSPACE (hereinafter the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our web platform available at https://domuspace.eu/ and the dashboards associated with our App (collectively, the “Websites”). This document explains what these technologies are, why we use them and the rights of the corporate Client to control their use in accordance with European Union privacy legislation (GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive).
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are downloaded and stored in the browser of your computer or mobile device when you access certain websites or applications. They allow the platform owner to recognise the user’s device, optimise environment loading, remember browsing preferences and collect aggregated analytics metrics.
- First-party cookies: cookies sent to the user’s device directly from the servers and domain managed by DOMUSPACE.
- Third-party cookies: cookies generated by external services and providers integrated into the interface (for example, analytics and mapping tools). These third parties may recognise your device when you visit our environment and when you visit other websites associated with their service networks.
2. Why do we use cookies in the SaaS?
Given the nature and management infrastructure of DOMUSPACE, we use technical, functional and analytics cookies strictly intended to ensure the operation of professional tools and the security of the Client’s account.
We use Google advertising cookies solely to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and to avoid repeating the same ad, and only if you accept them beforehand. We do not build commercial profiles with third parties other than Google, nor do we sell your data.
We classify our use of these technologies into the following categories:
A. Technical cookies (strictly necessary)
These are essential for browsing the private area of the App, authenticating users and protecting the system against unauthorised access. Because they are essential for providing the contracted SaaS service, they cannot be disabled through the settings panel.
B. Performance and functionality cookies
These allow the App to remember options selected by the Client to improve workflow, such as the interface language or dashboard size.
C. Analytics and personalisation cookies
These collect statistical information and usage metrics in a fully aggregated and anonymised manner. They help us understand which AI tools are used most, cartography loading times and the overall stability of the platform so that we can implement software fixes.
D. Advertising cookies
These are only installed if you accept them. They let us know which ad or campaign brought a visit or a subscription, measure the return on our advertising spend and avoid showing you the same ad repeatedly. We do not sell or transfer your data for commercial purposes.
Provider: Google Ireland Limited (Google Ads and Google Analytics), an independent controller for this processing. More information at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies.
We apply Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept this category, no advertising cookies are written and no identifiers are sent. Indicative retention: up to 24 months from the last interaction. You may withdraw your consent at any time from “Manage cookies” in the footer.
3. How can I control the use of cookies?
The Client and its authorised users have the full right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies that are not strictly essential. You can manage your choices using the following official mechanisms:
- Internal Consent Manager: when you first access the platform, our Cookie Banner will appear automatically. This interactive panel allows you to enable or disable functional and analytics categories individually.
- Web browser settings: you can configure, block or delete cookies installed on your device by changing the privacy settings in your internet browser. Support links for the most commonly used browsers are provided below:
- Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95647
- Mozilla Firefox: Mozilla Firefox support
- Apple Safari: Apple Safari support
- Microsoft Edge: Microsoft Edge support
- Brave: https://support.brave.com/
4. Other tracking technologies (pixels and web beacons)
DOMUSPACE may use tracking pixels or web beacons on a limited and exclusive basis within email notifications sent by the platform. These technologies allow us to monitor whether an urgent system notice or lead report has been correctly opened by the recipient, solely to validate technical delivery and improve the success rate of agency automations. These elements can be disabled by configuring your email manager not to download images automatically.
5. Updates to this policy
DOMUSPACE will amend and update this document periodically to reflect changes in the types of technical cookies used by the software or requirements imposed by European Union data-protection regulators. Any material change will be communicated by changing the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page.
