Real estate software in Tallinn
Tallinn is our city, and the cadastral map covers all of Estonia. It isn’t a promise of coverage: the city’s plots are already in, and they are worked neighbourhood by neighbourhood.
Real estate software in Tallinn, neighbourhood by neighbourhood
To prospect by area you have to split the city into manageable pieces. Domuspace’s area catalogue divides Tallinn into Vanalinn, Kesklinn, Kadriorg, Põhja-Tallinn with Kalamaja, Pirita, Kristiine, Mustamäe, Lasnamäe, Nõmme and Haabersti, and adds the surrounding municipalities: Viimsi, Rae (with Peetri and Jüri) and Harku with Tabasalu. It’s the same catalogue your agency uses to declare where it works in its profile, and the one owners on the portal use to find agencies in their area.
Administratively, Tallinn has eight districts — Haabersti, Kesklinn, Kristiine, Lasnamäe, Mustamäe, Nõmme, Pirita and Põhja-Tallinn — as set out in the city’s statutes. The Domuspace catalogue also separates Vanalinn and Kadriorg, which are worked as zones in their own right.
Door-to-door prospecting on the map
In neighbourhoods of apartment blocks, such as Lasnamäe or Mustamäe, a single plot can have dozens of homes. The cadastral map works with the plot’s official geometry and, when the register publishes the parts of the building, keeps a status per home and paints the plot in stripes, so the agent sees which doors in the block have been worked.
Management draws the area by hand on the map (in Kalamaja or in Nõmme) and the prospecting route is created from the plots with no status that fall inside it, up to 100. At each door the agent marks the outcome — wants to sell, will think about it, not at home — and the plot changes colour for the whole team; those left as “Not at home” go back to the agent’s pending route on their own. If you also do leaflet drops through letterboxes, leaflet mode marks each plot “With leaflets”, “No leaflets” or “Impossible”, and the colour ages according to the days between drops that your company sets. How to organise it: door-to-door prospecting with routes.
Estonian, Russian and English in the same agency
In Tallinn an agency deals with owners in Estonian, buyers in Russian and investors or newcomers in English, often in the same week. Each agent works in Domuspace in their own language and the property dossiers go out in the client’s, without keeping two databases. Calls and WhatsApp messages are launched from the contacts record, with a local-time warning when the client is in another country.
Signing, the way Tallinn expects
In Estonia signing with your ID card or your phone is the norm, not the exception. From the Professional plan, contracts come from your template in contracts and e-signature with the details filled in and are signed on the spot: on the phone screen or remotely. With a template in Estonian, remote signing is by eID through eID Easy, which Domuspace switches on for your company, with a quota of 30 signatures a month on the Professional plan and 70 on Extra; with templates in other languages, the client signs with a code sent by email. Signed means closed: the document is locked and archived with its signatories and its date.
Your portals and your CRM, where they are
Your portfolio stays in your CRM and your listings on kv.ee and city24; the portfolio comes into Domuspace through an XML link that updates every day. Leads that reach the lead mailboxes you publish on the portals turn into contacts automatically, with the person responsible, and every change of stage or band creates the next task.
Everything in one app, in the office and on the street
Map, contacts, routes, contracts, calendar, team and documents in the same app and on the same data. In the office you work on the computer; on the street, on the phone, where the agent clocks in, marks plots, signs and receives alerts. Native apps for Android and iOS are on the way.

If you run an agency, real estate agency software describes the full day-to-day; if you also work in the south, see Tartu, and the overview of the whole country in Estonia. Or book a demo on your own neighbourhood.
