A living cadastral map

You work on the official cadastral parcel, not on a hand-typed address. Every door you knock on gets colour-coded with its result, the owner’s phone number is saved in their record, and the whole team sees the same map. It covers all of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga, including the entire Costa del Sol. From the Basic plan.

  • Six fixed states, the same for the whole team
  • Owner and property record right on the parcel
  • All of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga
78403:001:0042 12 units Wants to sell
Urban Rural Mixed Wants to sell

What it includes

  • Six colour-coded states: “Wants to sell”, “Considering it”, “Future sale”, “Not at home”, “Does not want to sell” and “Exclusive”. They are fixed, so everyone reads the map the same way.
  • In a building with several units, a state is kept for each unit, and the parcel is shown striped.
  • A sales record on the parcel: the owner’s phone, name and email, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, price and commission. When you save it, the owner’s contact is created automatically, linked to the cadastral reference.
  • “Not at home” returns the parcel to your pending route three working days later and at a different time of day, respecting your schedule, public holidays and your absences.
  • Only you or an administrator can change a parcel you have marked: nobody treads on your work.
  • Tapping a parcel shows its official area, cadastral use and postal code; in Estonia, it also shows the official value, the form of ownership and the registered buildings.
  • Flyer mode: every parcel is marked “With flyers”, “Without flyers” or “Impossible”, and the colour fades according to the number of days between rounds that your company sets.
  • From Professional: the management view agent by agent, and the exclusive-listing contract signed right from the parcel.

How it works day to day

  1. Management draws the area on the map and creates the agent’s route.
  2. At each door, the agent taps the parcel and chooses the state that reflects the conversation.
  3. If there is interest, they fill in the owner and property record without leaving the map.
  4. If nobody answers, the parcel returns automatically to its pending route.
  5. When the exclusive comes in, it is signed from the same record and the parcel turns silver.

Your colleagues see the colours you set when they reload or, as they move around the map, within a few minutes. The Free plan does not include the cadastral map.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about A living cadastral map

Which areas does the cadastral map cover?

All of Estonia and the whole province of Málaga, including the Costa del Sol. Each company works the parcels of its own country. The next planned area is Cádiz, with no date yet.

Can I change the colours or the states?

No. There are six fixed states, the same for every agency, so everyone reads the map the same way.

Does my team see what I mark?

Yes. Your colleagues see it when they reload or, within a few minutes, as they move around the map. Only you or an administrator can change the colour you set.

Which plan do I need?

Basic for the full sales map. Professional adds the management view agent by agent, the exclusive-listing contract straight from the parcel, and other agencies’ properties under a signed collaboration.

Where do the parcels come from?

From each country’s official cadastral cartography: the real geometry of every parcel, not hand-drawn polygons.
