Your exclusive listings and collaboration between agencies

In Properties, every exclusive listing carries its badge, its signed contract and its start and end dates, and the “Exclusives only” filter leaves just those; on the map, your exclusive listings show up in silver. From Professional you can share them with other agencies: the other agency signs a collaboration contract before seeing the address and the documents, and never sees the owner’s details.

  • Nota Simple, contract and dates for every exclusive listing

What it includes

  • The “Mine”, “Third-party” and “Projects” tabs, in list or map view, with filters by reference, area, type, price, status, commission and “Exclusives only”.
  • To register an exclusive listing, you need the Nota Simple, the signed contract and the start and end dates.
  • On your records, the owner’s name and phone number with the “Call” button.
  • Collaboration, with both agencies on Professional: you publish the exclusive listing with six fixed clauses, the commission for the partner agency and your terms. The other agency sees it under “Third-party”, without the owner’s details or the exact address.
  • Signing the collaboration in the app generates the PDF, files it under “Commercial” for both agencies, and the partner agency downloads the dossier with the property’s details and your agency’s contact.
  • If the terms change, it is signed again and the earlier versions are terminated.
  • Bring your portfolio from your CRM with an XML link that updates every day: generic format, Resales, Kyero, thinkspain and Estonian formats.
  • “Areas you cover”: your agency appears to portal owners in its municipalities and sub-areas of the Costa del Sol and Estonia.

How it works day to day

  1. Your agency has an exclusive listing on a villa in Benahavís and publishes it for collaboration.
  2. Another agency sees it under “Third-party”, without the owner or the address.
  3. They sign the collaboration contract in the app and can then see the full record.
  4. The signed contract is filed under “Commercial” for both agencies.

Registering exclusive listings, from Basic; uploading their contract, “Third-party” and collaboration, from Professional. XML import is included on every plan; imported properties are not edited in Domuspace or marked as exclusive.
