The owner chooses an agency and sends you their property

Owners register themselves in Domuspace, list their property with the Nota Simple, and compare the agencies in their area. From there they send you the property, message you, and can grant you the exclusive with dates. Your agency appears when they set up their areas, and the order depends on how many properties you manage and how complete your records are. The viewings part is not open yet.

What works today

  • Listing the property in six steps, with the documents — DNI and Nota Simple mandatory — and up to 24 photos. The cadastral reference is checked against the map in the province of Málaga, and it is optional.
  • The app checks that the original Nota Simple PDF contains the declared reference.
  • “Agencies in your area”: profiles with city and specialities, and a side-by-side comparison.
  • “Send property” to one or several agencies: it appears in their Properties.
  • A message thread with each agency, which your team handles from “Owners”.
  • “Grant exclusive” with dates and acceptance of terms; the owner can withdraw it whenever they want.
  • The owner marks their available viewing times.

How it works day to day

  1. An owner in Mijas lists their flat with the cadastral reference and the Nota Simple.
  2. They compare two agencies in their area and send you the property.
  3. You see it in Properties, they message you through Messages, and you reply.
  4. The next day they grant you the exclusive for a year, and the record becomes yours.

Today your agency does not get an alert when an owner sends a property or grants the exclusive: it shows up in Properties. Viewing requests and client registration are built and will open later, with no date. There is no viewing feedback for the owner, and no way to adjust what they see.

What can the owner do today?

Register, list their property with the documents, compare the agencies in their area, send them the property, message them, and grant them the exclusive with dates. Viewings will come later.

How does my agency appear?

By setting up “Areas you cover”. The order depends on how many properties you manage and how complete your records are.

Can I decide what the owner sees, or hide my agency?

No. Every agency with a profile appears in its areas with the same details.

Can the owner withdraw the exclusive?

Yes, whenever they want, from their portal. Collaboration contracts tied to that exclusive are terminated, but they remain visible.

Does it work in Estonia?

The comparison tool and the areas, yes. Checking the cadastral reference, for now, only in the province of Málaga.
