Contracts that fill themselves in and get signed on the phone

The contract is generated from your template with the contact’s details and, if the owner’s parcel is on the map, the property’s details too: reference, size, price and commission. It is signed in person on the phone screen or remotely: the client opens a link, requests a six-digit code by email, and signs without creating any account. From the Professional plan.

What it includes

  • Three types, for sale or rental: collaboration, exclusive collaboration and intermediary collaboration. The exclusive-listing template comes built in, in Spanish and under Spanish law; for the rest, your own templates.
  • Import your templates in HTML or Word (.docx) and mark with tags where the owner’s, property’s, agent’s and agency’s details go. This is done from your computer, and Word files are imported as text.
  • “Key exclusive-listing fields” tells you what is missing before signing.
  • Remote signing: the link lasts 72 hours and can be resent up to twice a day; each code lasts 10 minutes.
  • A “Registered contracts” list with the states “Signed”, “Pending”, “Draft” and “Cancelled”.
  • The signed contract becomes read-only. You can duplicate it or send the PDF by WhatsApp or email with a 30-day link.
  • Every contract carries a fixed clause on the agency’s ownership of the listing: if the agent leaves, the mandate stays with the company.
  • In-person and email-code signing, unlimited. In Estonia, sign with eID through eID Easy: 30 a month on Professional and 70 on Extra, with a template in Estonian; Domuspace activates it for your company.

How it works day to day

  1. From the parcel record, the calendar or Contracts, you choose the contact, sale or rental, and the type.
  2. The details fill in automatically; you complete what “Key exclusive-listing fields” flags.
  3. You both sign in person on the screen, or you sign and the owner receives the link by email.
  4. Once signed, the contract moves to “Signed”, becomes locked, and you receive the notification.

Under our terms, a drawn signature or a code-based signature has legal effect and serves as evidence, but it is not automatically an advanced or qualified signature.

Which plan is it in?

Is it legally valid?

Under our terms, it has legal effect and serves as evidence, but a drawn signature or a code-based signature is not automatically an advanced or qualified signature. In Estonia, with eID, the PDF is electronically signed by the identification provider.

How many signatures can I make?

In-person and email-code signatures, unlimited. With eID, only in Estonia: 30 a month on Professional and 70 on Extra.

Can I use my own contracts?

Yes. They are imported as a template in HTML or Word (.docx), from your computer, marking with tags where the details go.

What if the client does not sign in time?

The link lasts 72 hours and can be resent up to twice a day. The contract stays pending in the meantime.
