New builds: projects today, the full development module tomorrow

The full developments module does not exist yet. What works today is “Projects”, inside Properties: the development’s record with photos and a completion date, the price list with every unit available, reserved or sold, leads that mention the project assigned automatically, and access for the developer who only sees their own development. From the Basic plan.

  • Price list: available, reserved or sold
  • Leads from portals assigned automatically to the project
  • Developer access with the “Development user” role

What works today

  • “Add project” with a construction status — “Off-plan”, “Under construction” or “Completed” — an estimated completion date and up to 40 photos.
  • “Price list” by unit or by type, with bedrooms, bathrooms, square metres, price and status.
  • “Reference for leads”: emails that mention it are assigned to the project.
  • Your own commission and commission for partner agencies; from Professional, an exclusive with dates and a contract, and publishing for collaboration.
  • Projects are included in the selections you send your clients, with a price “From”.

What is planned

  • Reservations with their contract, off-plan purchase contracts, construction costs and phasing. They are on the product roadmap, with no date and no work started.

What already works today for a developer is in property developer software.

Not yet. Today there is “Projects” inside Properties: the project record, photos, a price list showing available, reserved and sold, and a completion date.

Can I track the availability of the units?

Yes, in the price list, by hand.

Can I give the developer access?

Yes, with the “Development user” role, which only sees that development.

When will the full module arrive?

There is no committed development date.
