A viewing sheet signed on the phone

The viewing sheet is what proves you showed that property to that client, and what backs up your fee if someone tries to close the deal behind your back. In Domuspace it is an idea under consideration: it does not exist yet and has no date. We show it so you know where we want to go.

  • Idea under consideration, no date
  • Today: viewing tasks with overlap warnings
  • Today: the agent’s rating of every viewing

What exists today around viewings

  • Tasks in the “Visits” category on the calendar, with the contact, and a warning if they overlap with another.
  • “How did the viewing go?”: the agent rates it from 1 to 5 with a comment, and shows a QR code so the client can leave a review of your company.
  • On Home, management sees the week’s viewings ranking.

What we would like it to do

  • Create the sheet from the calendar viewing, with the property and the client already filled in.
  • Have the client sign it with their finger on the agent’s phone, without printing or scanning anything.
  • Save a copy in the client’s record and in the property’s record.

It is not in development and has no date. If you need it, mention it during the demo: it counts towards deciding what we build next.
