Prospecting routes and workday clock-in

Management draws the area on the map, and the route is created with the unmarked parcels inside it, up to 100, for whichever agent they choose. The agent follows it from their phone, navigates with Google Maps or Waze, and records the result of every door by colouring the parcel. Those left as “Not at home” return automatically to their pending route. Clock-in and timesheet included, from the Basic plan.

  • Routes drawn on the cadastral map, up to 100 parcels
  • Automatic revisits for “Not at home”
  • Clock-in by work type and a timesheet with history
▶ Shift active 06:12 h · 14 stops

What it includes

  • You draw the area freehand on the map, in any shape, and choose the agent, who receives the “Route assigned” alert.
  • A parcel cannot be on two active routes at once: nobody knocks on the same door twice.
  • “My routes”, “Start route” and “Navigate to next stop” with Google Maps; Waze and Apple Maps are also available from the parcel.
  • Colouring the parcel marks the stop as done; “Not at home” moves it to “Pending” three working days later and at a different time of day.
  • Clock in from Home with a work type — “Prospecting”, “Visit”, “Call” or others you create — and reminders to clock in and out.
  • A “Timesheet” by day, week or month, with overtime against the agreed schedule. If someone forgets to clock out, the administration closes the workday and corrects the time with a reason that stays in the history.

How it works day to day

  1. Management draws an area of 40 parcels and assigns it to Pablo for Thursday.
  2. Pablo clocks in under “Prospecting”, opens “My routes” and navigates to the first stop.
  3. He colours every door; the yellow ones return automatically to their pending route.
  4. When he finishes, he clocks out. If he forgets, the administration closes the workday with a reason.

The stops follow the order they were selected in. The road-routing engine and the automatic distribution of unvisited parcels will arrive later, with no date yet.

The workday’s GPS route is part of the Professional plan and needs the native app, which is not published yet. It is turned on per company, each worker signs their consent in the app, and it is only recorded while clocked in.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Prospecting routes and workday clock-in

Does the app optimise the order of the stops?

Not today: the automatic engine is switched off. The stops follow the order they were selected in, and navigation is handled by Google Maps or Waze.

Can I see where each agent is?

In Professional, with the native app installed, with geolocation enabled by the company and with the agent’s signed consent. Only during the clocked-in workday.

Does clocking in serve as a work-time record?

Yes, from Basic: clock-in, clock-out, work type, overtime against the agreed schedule and a history of every correction.

Does it work for door-to-door prospecting?

Yes, it is its main use: routes on the cadastral map with the result of every door.
