Your company, your rules

You register each worker with their role, their schedule and the recommended permissions, and adjust what they see: their own contacts or everyone’s, contracts, rentals, document folders and other people’s clock-ins. Each agency has its own database. Management opens Home and sees the day’s viewings, who has clocked in, schedule compliance and the viewings ranking.

  • Six roles and 24 per-person permissions
  • A management dashboard with viewings, compliance and “Team right now”
  • A separate database for every agency
Management AdminAgentAgent ES · EN · ET · RU

What it includes

  • Roles: “Field worker”, “Sales agent”, “Development user”, “Manager”, “Administrator” and “Owner”, with a single administrator per account.
  • 24 per-person permissions across six groups: contacts and leads, marketing, contracts, rentals, document folders, and files and clock-ins.
  • Registration with clock-in and clock-out times, break and agreed weekly schedule, with legal warnings for Spain and Estonia.
  • Two-step verification with an authenticator app and 10 recovery codes; the administrator resets it if someone loses their phone.
  • Over 40 types of alert, which each person turns on or mutes by group, with quiet hours.
  • The interface in Spanish, English, Estonian or Russian, chosen on each device.
  • Users per plan: 1 in Free, 3 in Basic, 6 in Professional and 9 in Extra.

How it works day to day

  1. You register the sales agent with their role, their schedule and their break.
  2. You let them see only their own contacts and do not give them access to other people’s files.
  3. Every morning, on Home, you see the day’s viewings, who has clocked in, and the ranking.
  4. If someone leaves, the app will not let you delete them until their contacts are reassigned.

Permissions apply to the data, not to whole modules: the map and finance depend on the plan and the role. Being able to make two-step verification mandatory for the whole company has been decided and will arrive later.

Holidays, shift plans, personnel files and payroll live in Employees.

Frequently asked questions

Questions about Your company, your rules

How many users does each plan include?

Free 1, Basic 3, Professional 6 and Extra 9, always with a single administrator.

Can I limit what each agent sees?

Yes: their own contacts or everyone’s (to view or to edit), contracts, rentals, document folders and other people’s clock-ins. Whole modules are not hidden per person.

Can I make two-step verification mandatory?

Not today, but it has been decided that each company will be able to. In the meantime, each worker turns it on, and the administrator can reset it if someone loses their phone.

Is my data kept separate from other agencies’ data?

Yes. Each agency has its own database, and others only see what you share through a collaboration.

What happens when someone leaves?

Before deleting them, their contacts must be reassigned, one by one.
